POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! When ordering graduation tassels - BEWARE! Website is misleading and you only get the tassel, not the charm! Who orders a tassel without a charm? For Kindergarten websites, this company has a variety of "companies" out there, but they all come back to here! I ordered 3 tassels mistakenly without the charms, and when I called them, they were going to help me out, but then I received an email stating I needed to return the order and re-order properly, which would mean I would be paying S&H 3 times in the process! Customer Service acknowledged this, but refused to help!
