Nextus came in and purchased our apartment complex which is now under their management. Communication was terrible during the transition as their was none (not to mention the lawn looks awful now and cleaning company does shotty work). Received one notification telling us how they wanted their money...no greeting letter or here's how we will serve you or do business with you. But whatever. Three weeks later all 10 units receive a 60 day vacate notice simply because they want to "remodel." No other option given. A very unprofessional way to do business!
