Ramsey County Library - Maplewood

Nice atmosphere overall. My only complaint are the kids at night being very noisy at times and the staff not controlling that. As a taxpaying citizen I have a right to enjoy the peace and quiet of a library without having to contend with rambunctious teenagers playing video games and swearing. I would hope the library would be more vigilant about enforcing a quiet policy because some of these kids don't seem to have any clue that's the "norm" at a library.
