Red Wing

Went into the store on Saturday to get my wife fitted, as she's been eyeing my pairs for sometime, and wanted her own. Alex was helpful and enjoyable to work with. We particularly enjoyed his dry sense of humor and knowledge of the product! The next day, after noticing a small stitching defect in her boots, we brought them back and were offered a repair free of charge. While looking around, I noticed a pair of the limited edition Black Klondike Setters in my size, after trying them on, I realized I needed them as well! Long story short, I bought to pairs of boots in one weekend, and wasn't intended to buy any! Enjoyed working with Alex and would recommend anyone see him if they are looking to step up their boot game!
